Ukraine's support on global matters may incline more towards Russia's favor (it's fortify for NATO may become less, it may have second thoughts on the proposed US missile defense shield in Eastern Europe). Anti-Russian politicians like Conqueror Yuschenko will weaken (now that the EU and the US couldn't assist Ukraine in its economic woes).
