High Performance ASP.Net Applications [Part 1]
ASP.NET is a unified Web advance model that includes the services necessary for you to build enterprise-class Web applications with a minimum of coding. Developing web applications with ASP.NET is unusually painless task but many developers don’t pay attention to the performance of their web application. Through this post I’m succeeding to introduce some tips and tricks for developing high performance ASP.NET applications, so this talk is divide into four parts :

Caching is the key to scalability as often an petition can increase performance by storing in memory data that is accessed frequently and that requires significant processing nonetheless to create. There are different levels that you can apply caching at :
Client side caching Internet inforamtion services cachingPrincipallyASP.NET caching
In terms of caching there is some sort of hierarchy of goodness and how the caching actually works while retrieving a resource, this can be summarized below:
First Retrieve your resource from browser cache. Good Revalidate your resource against server hole without retrieving the resource. Fair Retrieve resource from server cache. WorstAbove allDon’t use cache.
One thing that helps experimenting caching is what happens when you hit the refresh button in your browser:

Client Side Caching
In terms of client caching, there are two standards of HTTP protocol headers that defines how the caching take state on the client side:
