Should the US have gone to war with the Soviet Union after WWII because of Espionage?

Should the US have gone to war with the Soviet Union after WWII because of Espionage?
Soviet spys shawl highly secret information about the manhatten project , among other things, which allowed them to develp the A-bomb much sooner and for much less wealth than if they would have on their own.
If the US went to war with Soviets right after they discovered the spying it could have stoped their development of the A-bomb not to mention that it would have crippled them and prevented the Siberian war and would have for atleast a very long period of time given the US a monopoly over the A-bomb.
Ms Devil u missed the point... or you are only missing some ideas
yes other countries would have eventually created an a-bomb but they would most likely always be trailing the US b/c they would always have less info. Also many of the countries that now have a-batter technologies got the information from the Soviet Union.
C bar.. good answer in a convential war the US would have struggled greatly with USSR but what if the US used the a-bomb on the USSR before they could fully upon a cache of them. Then force them into an unconditional surrendor.... I dont necassarily think this would have been good im just talking scheme, it would have obviously been very inhumane

From what I have deliver assign to, the US had enough nukes by 1949 (the year of the first Soviet test) to get the job done. We even had the hydrogen bomb by 1950. So yes, we could have defeated the Soviet army if we had used all those bombs, but I about world opinion would have turned VERY strongly against us when the death toll was revealed. A decapitation attack on Moscow that killed Stalin and the Communist Soir leaders might have worked too.

If the Allies tried to invade the Soviet Union during WWII?

Lets upstanding say the Soviet Union was with the Axis powers and the Allies had to Invade the Soviet Union would they of succeed?

The Allies would be lead by the Americans and the Allies also receive the same numbers of Axis powers that tried to invade the USSR, they are also put into the same situation (Wearing summer uniforms and not having winter uniforms.) as the Axis.

Would they follow or fail like the Axis?

If I hear of your scenario correctly, you are asking the result if 'USSR had fought with the Axis, so after defeating Germany, the Allies had had to invade USSR.'

Unkind to answer accurately, because it assumes that the Allies would have defeated Germany if Russia were supporting rather than fighting the Nazis. I recollect it's unlikely that that would have happened.
If Hitler had not needed to draw off a huge portion of his armies to attack Russia, he would have attempted a soil invasion of Britain, and it is highly probable that he would have succeeded - there just aren't enough people living in England to stave off a German infringement. And without Britain as a staging area, it's hard to think of a way for the United States to successfully gain a foothold in Europe.
